The Cole Frederking Legacy Foundation supports theatre, theatre students, film, and high school students who demonstrate the same qualities that defined Cole’s life. Cole was driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence—he set goals and achieved them. Known for his kindness, intellect, quick wit, deep thinking, high moral standards, and excellent sense of humor, Cole left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered.
The mission of the foundation is to honor and carry forward the spirit, resilience, and passion that Cole displayed throughout his life, especially in the face of adversity. The foundation recognizes and supports students who embody these traits—those who approach their education and challenges with determination, positivity, and commitment, just as Cole did.
In addition to preserving Cole’s legacy, and per his wish, the foundation is committed to giving back to the Mountain Vista High School theatre program, StageFlight Theatre, which was such a significant part of Cole’s life.
