Callen Beggins – Film Award Winner –
Callen has actively participated in both the MVHS film department and StageFlight Theatre all four years of high school. Throughout his high school years, he produced or acted in four films. Notably, he created Split Decision, a short film about the many worlds theory and its consequences.His most accomplished short film is Rebirth with an amassed viewership of over six thousand people!
Being an actor with StageFlight Theatre helped him shine on camera, being able to tell a compelling and engaging story. As a film producer, he collaborated with the producers and cinematographers to bring the story together.
In addition to film, Callen has participated in StageFlight Theatre and performed in 15 plays and musicals. He has played several roles throughout his high school career, but his favorite role is Eric Swan in Cash on Delivery.
Callen is an actor, film student and physics student! He will be attending the University of Colorado Boulder for Physics in fall 2025.
